  2. I have not actually used this utility yet. I have just heard about it 
  3. several timnes when people were explaining how to get executable files
  4. that were not compressed to work. This program supposedly removes the
  5. padding that some transfer protocols put on the program. I ftped this
  6. program from a site in Europe 131.246.9.95 /pub/amiga/util. According
  7. to ARCHIE, this was the only site left that had this program. So now
  8. I am uploading it to WUARCHIVE so that it is somewhere else that is
  9. faster for people in the US to reach.\
