  8.        IF YOU DOWNLOAD OR USE THIS PROGRAM YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

  10.        American Coders LTD of Raleigh N. Carolina grants you a license
  11.        to use PM File Compare (PMFLCOMP) only in the country where you
  12.        aquired it. PM File Compare is copyrighted and licensed (not sold).
  13.        We do not transfer title of PM File Compare to you. You obtain no
  14.        rights other than those granted you under this license.
  15.  
  16.  
  17.        This is a "try before you pay" product.  You have 30 (thirty)
  18.        days to try this product.  If you like PMFLCOMP you are required to
  19.        register your copy.  (See registration form).  If you don't like
  20.        simply remove it from your machine after the 30 day trial period
  21.        is over.
  22.  
  23.        Under this license, you may:          
  24.           
  25.        1. use PM File Compare on one or more machines at a time;
  26.       
  27.        2. make copies of PM File Compare for use or backup purposes within  
  28.    your Enterprise;
  29.       
  30.        3. make copies of the original file you downloaded and distribute
  31.    it, provided that you transfer a copy of this license to the   
  32.    other party. The other party agrees to these terms by its      
  33.    first use of PM File Compare.          
  34.           
  35.        You must reproduce the copyright notice and any other legend of   
  36.        ownership on each copy or partial copy, of PM File Compare.    
  37.           
  38.        You may NOT:            
  39.  
  40.        1. sublicense, rent, lease, or assign PM File Compare;
  41.  
  42.        2. reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise translate   
  43.    PM File Compare; and
  44.  
  45.        3. merge it into another program.
  46.  
  47.        We do not warrant that PM File Compare is free from claims by a third
  48.        party of copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or any other 
  49.        intellectual property infringement.          
  50.  
  51.        Under no circumstances are we liable for any of the following:    
  52.  
  53.        1. third-party claims against you for losses or damages;
  54.  
  55.        2. loss of, or damage to, your records or data; or
  56.  
  57.        3. economic consequential damages (including lost profits or      
  58.    savings) or incidental damages, even if we are informed of     
  59.    their possibility.

  61.        Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations or exclusions,  
  62.        so they may not apply to you.         
  63.  
  64.        We do not warrant uninterrupted or error free operation of    
  65.        PM File Compare. 
  66.  
  67.        By your use of an unregistered version of PMFLCOMP, we have no 
  68.        obligation to provide service, defect correction, or any maintenance 
  69.        for PM File Compare. We have no obligation to supply any updates or
  70.        enhancements to you even if such are or later become available.

  73.        IF YOU DOWNLOAD OR USE THIS PROGRAM YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

  75.        THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE        
  76.        IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A    
  77.        PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  79.        Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied   
  80.        warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

  82.        You may terminate this license at any time. We may terminate this 
  83.        license if you fail to comply with any of its terms. In either    
  84.        event, you must destroy all your copies of PM File Compare.

  86.        You are responsible for the payment of any taxes resulting from   
  87.        this license.

  89.        You may not sell, transfer, assign, or subcontract any of your    
  90.        rights or obligations under this license. Any attempt to do so is 
  91.        void.

  93.        Neither of us may bring a legal action more than two years after
  94.        the cause of action arose.
