  1.    SourceCalc from One UP Corporation

  3.        SourceCalc is an on-screen calculator for OS/2.  This versatile
  4.    calculator allows you to perform arithmetic and boolean operations
  5.    in intermixed bases of Decimal, Hexadecimal, Octal and Binary.
  6.    
  7.        Complete on-line help is obtained by pressing the "Help" push-
  8.    button and then the calculator key with which you desire help.
  9.      
  10.        You can browse through the SourceCalc help facility by pressing 
  11.    "Help" twice.
  12.    
  13.        SourceCalc is provided FREE of charge, as a sample product from 
  14.    One UP Corporation.  SourceCalc contains the same quality of 
  15.    programming and detail of on-line help that you will find with the 
  16.    other One UP Corporation products, such as SourceLink - an OS/2 
  17.    editor/hyperlink source browser/file utility development tool.
  18.    
  19.        You can freely provide copies of SourceCalc to your friends and
  20.    associates with the following limitations:
  21.    
  22. 1. Only the SourceCalc runtime files SCALC.EXE and SCALC.HLP are to be
  23.    copied.  SCALC.HLP must be placed in a path defined by the environment 
  24.    variable "HELP" in the CONFIG.SYS file.
  25.  
  26. 2. The runtime files for SourceCalc are not to be uploaded to any Bulletin
  27.    Board service, or made openly available on any electronic distribution
  28.    service without prior consent of One UP Corporation.
  29.  
  30. 3. A copy of this agreement must be copied and made available to the 
  31.    recipient of the SourceCalc runtime files.
  32.  
  33. 4. The program specified as "SourceCalc" is a proprietary product of 
  34.    One UP Corporation. and is protected by copyright law.  
  35.    One UP Corporation retains title to and ownership of the program.  
  36.    You are licensed to use the executable code version of this program.
  37.  
  38. 5. You may not sell, rent, lease, assign or otherwise commercially profit
  39.    from this program.
  40.  
  41. 6. You may not decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the 
  42.    program.  You may not modify the program in any way.
  43.  
  44. 7. One UP Corporation ("OUC") makes no warranties, expressed or 
  45.    implied, for this program including the implied warranties of 
  46.    merchantability or fitness for any purpose.
  47.  
  48. 8. The total liability of OUC for any claim or damage arising out of the 
  49.    use of the program or otherwise related to this license shall be limited 
  50.    to direct damages which shall not exceed the license fee(s) which have 
  51.    been paid by the licensee.  IN NO EVENT SHALL OUC BE LIABLE, WHETHER 
  52.    IN CONTRACT OR TORT, FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, LOST DATA, LOST 
  53.    OR DAMAGED PROGRAMS, OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES 
  54.    ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE PROGRAM OR RELATED TO THIS LICENSE.
