  4. Back Again/2 provides the capability to format diskettes on the fly during the 
  5. backup process if a diskette is not formatted.  However, a diskette may also be 
  6. manually formatted using this utility.

  8. To invoke the format diskette window, select the Tools->Format diskette menu 
  9. option on the main window menu.

  19. The diskette drive for the format option is specified using the drop down list 
  20. box located on the left of the format window.  All diskette drives present on 
  21. the system are listed; simply choose the device that should be used for the 
  22. format operation.

  27. The media selection drop down list box lists all available media types for the 
  28. format operation.  If the media for the drive has already been specified in the 
  29. preferences dialog, that is set as the default. Otherwise, the media defaults 
  30. to the device capacity.

  32. 2.88MB diskette drives are the exception to this rule, however.  Since 2.88MB 
  33. diskettes are scarce, unless the drive has already been specified as a 2.88MB 
  34. device in the preferences setting, a 2.88MB drive will default to using 1.44MB 
  35. media.

  41. Again/2 right over the phone, without using a credit card!

  43. When you call to register Back Again/2, you will be asked for the code shown in 
  44. the Program Code field.  You will then be given a code to enter into the Serial 
  45. Number field.  Click on the Register button and your copy of Back Again/2 is 
  46. now fully functional.

  48. Generally, your copy of Back Again/2 will remain unlocked for a period of 15 
  49. days.  If your payment has not been received by then, the program will revert 
  50. to the demonstration version.  Once we receive your payment, a diskette 
  51. containing the latest full (non-demo) version of Back Again/2 will be sent to 
  52. you.

  60. Back Again/2 provides a combination log / archive catalog viewing utility for 
  61. viewing and printing log and archive catalog files. 
  62.  
  63. The log files generated by Back Again/2 are ordinary text files and can be 
  64. viewed or printed with the standard OS/2 editor and print commands. Archive 
  65. catalogs, however, are binary files and are not normally readable. The 
  66. log/catalog viewer makes it possible to look at archive catalogs, print them on 
  67. any supported OS/2 printer, and even save them to a text file.

  78. The file menu is used to load, save, and print log and archive catalog files.

  80. Open log is used to load a log file.

  82. Open catalog is used to load a archive catalog file.

  84. Save as... is used to save a log file or catalog file under a different name. 
  85. This is especially useful for converting an archive catalog to a text file.

  87. Print... prints the current log or catalog file.

  89. Print setup... is used to specify which printer should be used as well as the 
  90. print job properties.

  92. Exit closes the log/catalog viewer.

  97. The options menu is used to set the font and colors of the file viewer window.
