  4. Back Again/2 uses a standardized method for displaying any errors or messages 
  5. that might occur. The main error window is the primary interface to the error 
  6. reporting mechanism. 
  7.  
  8. When an error occurs, the error message is displayed in a window on the screen. 
  9. The error text generally gives a brief description of the error that occured 
  10. and suggests a solution to fix the problem.

  12. The user responds by clicking on one of tpushbuttons located across the bottom 
  13. of the window.  Depending on the error that occurs, there can be several 
  14. choices present.  They are :

  16. o Ok closes the error window and continues from the point where the error 
  17.   occured. 
  18. o Retry closes the error window and retries the operation that caused the 
  19.   original error. 
  20. o Cancel closes the error window and skips the operation that caused the 
  21.   original error, skipping to the next file or operation in the current 
  22.   procedure. 
  23. o Abort closes the error window and cancels the current procedure.

  32. Whenever an error occurs, Back Again/2 collects detailed information about the 
  33. error to facilitate technical support, if needed. When the 'Result Codes' 
  34. button on the main error window is pressed, an additional error window will be 
  35. shown with detailed information about the error.  This information can be 
  36. useful to the Back Again/2 technical support staff, so please have it ready 
  37. before calling.
