  34.                                REGISTRATION INFORMATION

  37.           A SIO/VSIO/VX00 registration licenses you to use the product on a
  38.           regular basis.  Individual  users need register only one  copy of
  39.           SIO/VSIO/VX00 for  personal use;  registration  includes licensed
  40.           use of all upgrades to the major version number registered.  When
  41.           the major version number changes, say from 1.55 to 2.00, you must
  42.           re-register.   Upgrades are NOT automatically  sent to registered
  43.           users.  See LICENSE.TXT for additional information.

  45.           Registration assumes  you have  already  received a  copy of  the
  46.           program from whatever  source.   We do not  provide diskettes  or
  47.           manuals.    The  registration fee  covers  only  the  use of  the
  48.           program.

  80.           SIO/VSIO/VX00 must  be registered.   We offer  quantity discounts
  81.           starting  at the eleventh copy.   Corporate or  site licensing is
  82.           also available.

  84.           Licensing  agreements  allow  duplication  and   distribution  of
  85.           specific  numbers  of  copies  within  the  licensed institution.
  86.           Duplication  of multiple  copies  is not  allowed except  through
  87.           execution of a licensing agreement.
