- MAZELOCK.EXE OS/2 2.X Mouse and keyboard lock
- by Jean Cyr, Feb. 1993
-
- Here's the scenario: You've got a half dozen windows crunching
- away on your OS/2 PM workstation and you need to go to the can.
- You don't want to leave your workstation because all the pretty
- windows are bound to attract some curious passer by, who can't
- resist a mouse and will generally screw up your session. But you
- really must go to the toilet.
-
- MAZELOCK solves this little dilemma by repeatedly drawing and
- solving mazes and blocking all keyboard and mouse inputs till
- a password is keyed in. To specify a new password or change and
- old one, fire up MAZELOCK giving it a single parameter: the new
- password.
-
- Example: >MAZELOCK mysecret
-
- MAZELOCK remembers this password, so you don't need to specify one
- every time. Just type:
-
- >MAZELOCK
-
- Unless you need to change the old password. You can, of course,
- initiate MAZELOCK from a workplace icon once you have provided
- the password.
