  39.     runtime with unmodified copies of emx.exe, emxl.exe, emx.dll,
  40.     emxio.dll and emxrev.cmd.  You can copy the relevant sections of
  41.     user.doc into the documentation of your program.  You are allowed
  42.     to use the C library for your programs.  You are allowed to
  43.     accompany your programs with emxlibc.dll.  If you've modified
  44.     emxlibc.dll, you should rename the file and note what you've
  45.     changed.  If you take money for your program, you have to donate a
  46.     complimentary copy of your program to the emx author.

  48. Copying the emx libraries (emx C library, emx graphics library

  52.     allowed to change and copy the emx library sources if you keep the
