  5. Welcome to Logitech MultiScope!  Print out this file for information
  6. on how to install and use the trial version of MultiScope included on
  7. this disk.

  12. Enclosed on this disk is a special trial version of the MultiScope
  13. Presentation Manager Run-Time Debugger, which allows you to see and
  14. feel all the power that MultiScope could provide you with for
  15. developing and debugging your own programs.

  21. *  The enclosed MultiScope Presentation Manager Run-Time Debugger is    *
  22. *  a special trial version, limited so that it only operates with the   *
  23. *  enclosed tutorial program.  It also has a 30-minute time limitation  *
  24. *  (for each time it is executed).                                      *

  29. Installation
  30. ------------

  32.  Note: In order to use this trial version of MultiScope, you must
  33.  have IBM OS/2 Version 1.1 installed on your computer.
  34.  
  35.  To install MultiScope, change to an OS/2 command line session, and
  36.  perform the following steps:
  37.  
  38.   1. Insert the MultiScope Trial Version Disk in drive A.
  39.  
  40.   2. Create a new directory on your hard disk, and change directory
  41.      to it:
  42.  
  43.     C:
  44.     MD \MSCOPE
  45.     CD \MSCOPE
  46.  
  47.   3. Enter the following command to extract the MultiScope files:

  49.     A:INSTALL A:
  50.  
  51.      If you are installing from drive B, enter the following command:
  52.  
  53.     B:INSTALL B:
  54.  
  55.  The MultiScope files are extracted and copied to your new MSCOPE
  56.  directory.
  57.  
  58.  The extracted file TUTOR.DOC contains a short tutorial that will step
  59.  you through some of MultiScope's main features.  To use the tutorial,
  60.  print out TUTOR.DOC, then follow the step-by-step instructions.
