  4. Question: My modem software doesn't work at 9600 baud with
  5.           my Windows and DOS Software.
  6. .
  7. Answer:   A OS/2 2.0 VDM (virtual DOS Machine) only provides
  8.           1000 VDM interuppts per second.  This is too slow
  9.           for 9600 baud.  Lower the modem speed to 4800 Baud
  10.           or lower.  This will be addressed in a future
  11.           version of OS/2 2.0.  APAR# PJ03990.
