  3. Notice !
  4. OpenWin Light is a shareware program. Before you use it you should read
  5. OpenWin.Doc file. In this file you will find the product use restrictions
  6. and registration instructions.
  7. We suggest you also read the "Product definition" chapter in the OpenWin
  8. Light help index after you have installed the product.
  9. OpenWin Light evaluation copy purpose is to introduce you with Openwin.
  10. OpenWin Light is provided with a full Online documentation and we suggest
  11. you will follow it.

  13. Installing OpenWin Down-loaded .Zip File
  14. ----------------------------------------
  15. 1. The following explanation assume you have created a sub-directory called
  16. OPENWIN for the OpenWin Light Package on your hard disk, and used PKUNZIP
  17. to expand the files OPNOS2.ZIP AND OPNHLP.ZIP into this directory.  You may
  18. use another directory name, although the examples assume OPENWIN is used.

  20. 2. Log into the OPENWIN directory.

  22. 3. If you have down-loaded the OpenWin Light Package for OS/2:
  23.  
  24. Type "Inst" and press [Enter]
  25.  
  26.    If you have down-loaded the OpenWin Light Package for MS/Windows:
  27.  
  28. Log into the Windows Desktop.
  29. Choose the Run option
  30. Type C:\<Path>\INST C and press [O.K.]
  31.  
  32.       ( C indicates the hard disk on which you have
  33.         expanded OpenWin.Zip file.
  34.         <Path> indicates the directory in which you have
  35.         expanded OpenWin.Zip file.)

  38. Installing the OpenWin Diskette
  39. -------------------------------
  40. 1. Insert the OpenWin Light Package Installation diskette into drive A:

  42. 2. If you have the OpenWin Light Package diskette for OS/2:
  43.  
  44. Open an OS/2 window.
  45. Type A: and press [Enter]
  46. Type Inst and press [Enter]
  47.  
  48.    If you have OpenWin Light Package for MS/Windows:

  50. Log into the Windows Desktop.
  51. Choose the Run option
  52. Type A:\INST C and press [O.K.]
  53.  
  54.       ( C indicates the hard disk )

  56. Starting the OpenWin Light Package 
  57. ------------------------------------------
  58. To start the OpenWin Light Package, log into the desktop and
  59. choose "OpenWin Light Package" folder.
