  2. ICAUSE:  There were either no entries found in the PROTOCOL.INI file for this
  3. device driver, the adapter is not installed, or there is a hardware
  4. problem with the adapter.
  5. ACTION:  Ensure that a Western Digital Ethernet adapter is installed
  6. in this system, ensure that a DRIVERNAME=  entry exists in the
  7. PROTOCOL.INI file for the MACWD$ or MACWD2$ device driver.  Retry
  8. the operation.  If the problem persists, contact your vendor service
  9. representative.
  10. ICAUSE:  POS data or AT bus software configured adapter data does not
  11. match the PROTOCOL.INI entry.
  12. ACTION:  Correct the PROTOCOL.INI file to ensure that the configuration values
  13. specified correspond to the adapter configuration.
  14. ICAUSE:  More than one entry was found in the PROTOCOL.INI file for
  15. the MACWD$ or MACWD2$ device driver.
  16. ACTION:  Ensure that DRIVERNAME entry appears only once in the
  17. PROTOCOL.INI file.
  18. ICAUSE:  The adapter installed in this system is not supported by
  19. the MAC device driver.
  20. ACTION:  Install a supported version of the adapter.
  21. ICAUSE:  One of the parameters in the MACWD$ or MACWD2$ section of the
  22. PROTOCOL.INI file is out of range.
  23. ACTION:  Ensure the parameter values are valid in the PROTOCOL.INI file.
