  2. ICAUSE:  There were either no entries found in the PROTOCOL.INI file for this
  3. device driver, the adapter is not installed, or there is a hardware
  4. problem with the adapter.
  5. ACTION:  Ensure that an IBM Ethernet adapter is installed
  6. in this system, and that a DRIVERNAME=  entry exists in the
  7. PROTOCOL.INI file for the MACETH$ or MACETH2$ device driver.  Retry
  8. the operation.  If the problem persists, contact your vendor service
  9. representative.
  10. ICAUSE:  More than one entry was found in the PROTOCOL.INI file for
  11. the MACETH$ or MACETH2$ device driver.
  12. ACTION:  Ensure that DRIVERNAME entry appears only once in the
  13. PROTOCOL.INI file.
