  1.       In OS2You version 3.0 and PM2You version 1.2 the following

  4.       Beta notes
  5.       ==========
  6.       This package is a beta release.  We are very interested in
  7.       getting reports about how it works with SPX and TCP/IP
  8.       communications, both success and failures.
  9.  
  10.       There are some enhancements that we hope to include in
  11.       the released version, but that is not available or not
  12.       complete in this package:

  14.           * OS2You should be Telnet compatible and installable
  15.             as a Telnet daemon.  Terminal/2 should be a Telnet
  16.             compatible client.
  17.  
  18.           * We hope to be able to release a APPC driver.
  19.  
  20.           * We are revising the keyboard handling/mapping in
  21.             OS2You.
  22.  
  23.           * The TCP/IP driver needs 1 minute to re-establish
  24.             the listen, after a session is closed.  We will
  25.             try to fix this.

  29.       Even if this is beta, you are of course welcome to use

  37.       OS2You is now easily translatable to foreign languages.

  39.       It is now possible to reboot the host by pressing Esc-r
  40.       for those having privilege for this.

  42.       OS2You can now receive faxes with a faxmodem and an external
  43.       fax receive program.

  45.       In some situations the modem can lose the configuration and
  46.       prevent a caller from ever begin answered by OS2You (like if
  47.       the modem power goes down).  there is now an option in OS2You
  48.       to re-initialize the modem now and then.

  50.       DOS-box access re-enabled for OS/2 1.x (already present for
  51.       OS/2 2.x)

  53.       OS2You can now access any DOS character mode session, including
  54.       Windowed DOS sessions and they don't need to be in the foreground
