  1. `0Help for the Scan Menu ------------------
  2.  
  3. Every option will ask you if you want to "Mark" messages for later 
  4. retrival.  If you mark them, you can read them using <R>ead <M>arked.
  5.  
  6. <F> Scan Forward  - Perform a Scan of messages in forward order starting
  7.                     at a specified message number.
  8. <R> Scan Reverse  - Perform a Scan of messages in reverse order starting
  9.                     at a specified message number.
  10. <N> Scan New      - Perform a Scan of new messages since the last time
  11.                     you read messages.
  12. <S> Scan Search   - Perform a Search of messages in the fields:  To Name,
  13.                     From Name, or Subject.  You will be prompted for which 
  14.                     field you want to search on.
  15. <X> Exit          - Exit to the previous menu.
