  6. The STORY.COM program that comes with Infocom's Zork Trilogy can apparently
  7. be used with ANY datafile from ANY Infocom game.  I.e., STORY is Infocom's 
  8. Universal Game Interpreter.

  10. For example, if you bought the Zork Trilogy for IBM PC, and you happen to
  11. have several other games in CP/M format, just use UNIFORM (etc.) to transfer
  12. your .DAT files (but not the .COM files) over to IBM diskettes.

  14. Then use STORY to run any and all of the games you already own, using the
  15. /g parameter to name the appropriate data file!

  17. Examples:  story /ghitchhik.dat
  18.            story /ginfidel.dat
  19.            story /w /gzork3.dat
  20.  
  21. The other parameters (such as /w) are documented in your Zork Trilogy game
  22. manual.
