  64. When your order is processed, you receive the latest version on a diskette 
  65. which is personalized with your name and serial number.  This encoded
  66. information is contained in a data file called CALSER.DAT, which you copy from
  67. the diskette to the directory in which you install the program.  After you
  68. install it, all registration reminders will disappear.  You also receive a
  69. printed copy of the Users Manual, other selected utilities, and information on
  70. various discount special offers.  Future upgrades are at a reduced cost.

  73. SITE LICENSE INFORMATION

  75. For Site Licenses, the total number of copies ordered is displayed by
  76. the program.  You may request individual copy numbers for each, which can be 
  77. provided through an installation program or on individually branded diskettes;
  78. in either case, each copy number is also displayed.  Indicate your choice on
  79. the Order Form.

  82. HOW TO PAY

  84. CHECKS or MONEY ORDERS must be in US funds only drawn on a US bank.  Send CASH
  85. by registered mail only.  Cashier/certified checks, cash, money order, and
  86. credit card orders are processed within two business days of receipt.  Personal
  87. checks may be subject to a bank clearance delay before shipment is made.

  89. CREDIT CARD ORDERS for personal licenses are placed through phone, fax,
  90. postal mail, or by CompuServe mail; as shown below.

  92. COMPANY OR AGENCY PURCHASE ORDERS.  Orders under $100 must be prepaid. 
  93. Purchase orders for $100 and over are accepted from established companies;
  94. standard terms are net 30 days.  Credit references are required for new
  95. customers; include a standard credit reference sheet with your purchase order.
