  7.         FileManager is not "free" or public domain software, but
  8.         is being offered as "shareware".  That means we are not
  9.         spending money on distribution costs so that your cost can
  10.         remain very low!  The only way we can get FileManager to a
  11.         lot of people is if you help.

  14.         Please give FileManager to everyone you know!  Please help
  15.         place FileManager on as many bulletin boards as possible. 
  16.         The only way we can ever hope to make any money from
  17.         FileManager is if enough people try it and like it so that
  18.         they will register themselves (which means they'll send me
  19.         money!) and receive future updates to the program at a
  20.         reduced rate.

  23.         The only thing we ask when you give out FileManager is
  24.         that you observe the following:

  29.         ∙   No fee or charge may be accepted or requested, and

  32.             product or service without prior written permission.

  39.         often as you like, on as many computers as you like
  40.         (provided you are the only person using FileManager).

  43.         you.  You will automatically receive notification of
  44.         updates to the program as they become available.  Updates
  45.         to registered users are available at a nominal fee of
  46.         $10.00 by calling or writing to Stouse Technology, Inc.
