Transcription: The mixing of oxygen and hydrogen to create electricity also creates an important byproduct, H2O, better known as water. It is generated at about seven pounds per hour and is stored in a large pair of tanks. One of the tanks supplies drinkable water to the galley while the other is used for the shuttle's thermal cooling system.
