  130. The Interactive PictureBox Control is a custom Visual Basic Control that allow users to define 'HotSpots' on a given picture that they are using to build a MultiMedia presentation.  'HotSpots' are rectangular areas in a Picture that detect keyboard or mouse inputs.  The users can interact with these HotSpots during run-time. These HotSpots, when triggered, would generate different mouse and keyboard events that the user can trapped to programmed in various MutliMedia Responses.
