  16.    The programs and files in this distribution are freely distributable, but
  17. are also Copyright (c) Nico François and Magnus Holmgren. They may be
  18. freely distributed as long as no more than a nominal fee is charged to
  19. cover time and copying costs. ReqTools is distributed as non-crippled
  20. shareware, it is fully functional.

  32. command to display the version) and if you use the Kickstart 1.3 or
  33. Kickstart 2.0 version.

  35.    By registering you support the further development of ReqTools.  If you
  36. use it and like it, please consider registering.

  38.    Important note: If you already have registered ReqTools with Nico
  39. François, you don't need to do that again.

  44.    As the old support BBS (Great Balls Of Fire BBS) is located in another
  45. country, I will not myself upload the latest version to it. However, I will
  46. try to upload the latest version on Aminet, from where many BBSes can get
  47. it.

  49.    I am not familiar with the current status of the REQTOOLS FidoNet
  50. echomail area (where support previously was available). If there is
  51. interest for this, I can contact some persons to try to reactivate it (in
  52. one way or another).

  55.    COMMERCIAL USAGE

  57.    Commercial usage is allowed if the following conditions are met:

  59.    a) You register ReqTools (see above).
  60.  
  61.    b) You state in your documentation that your program uses reqtools.library
  62.       and that ReqTools is Copyright (c) Nico François and Magnus Holmgren.

  64.    c) You send me a copy of your finished product(s) using reqtools.library.

  66.    If these conditions are met you are allowed to include the Kickstart 1.3
  67. and/or the Kickstart 2.0 version of reqtools.library and the installation
  68. script(s) with your commercial product.

  138.    RexxReqTools is Copyright (c) Rafael D'Halleweyn and is included with his
  139. kind permission.

  141.    All of the files copyrighted by the author must remain unmodified.  None
  142. of these files may be distributed on its own, the entire package must be
  143. distributed as one whole. 'demo.c' is full public domain and can be used in
  144. any way you like.

  146.    There is one exception to the above.  If you plan to release a freely
  147. distributable program (either public domain, freeware or shareware), you
  148. may include 'libs/reqtools.library', the installation scripts (with icon),
  149. the catalogs and the preference editor (with documentation and icons) with
  150. your distribution.  It is left to the programmer to decide whether he
  151. wishes to register ReqTools.  Registration is not required, but would
  152. certainly be appreciated.  If you include ReqTools with a crippled
  153. shareware program I'd like to ask you to send me a full working version.
