  26. This demo version of AmiTCP/IP 4.0 ("the package") may be used by
  27. anyone without any fee. The package may also be redistributed if the
  28. following conditions are met.
  29.  
  30. 1) No price may be taken from the redistribution, unless the
  31. redistributor has a prior written permission given by the copyright
  32. holder (a fill-in form for commercial redistribution agreement
  33. application is included at the end of this file).

  35. A permission is explicitly granted for following software collections
  36. provided that their price and other policies remain acceptable:
  37.  
  38.     * Fred Fish CD & floppy collections
  39.     * Aminet CD collection
  40.  
  41. 2) The package must be complete. i.e. no functional parts and/or
  42. documentation of the original archive may be omitted, changed or
  43. added. A small extra note may be added to the distribution for
  44. consistency with other packages in a large software collection. Also,
  45. the archiving method may be changed to match the other archives in a
  46. large software collection.

  48. 3) The package may not be sold in combination or as a part of any
  49. commercial product or service (other than plain redistribution,
  50. subject to term 1). The commercial version of AmiTCP/IP is available
  51. for this purpose. Any redistribution of the package, which can be in
  52. competition with the commercial AmiTCP/IP versions, is prohibited.

  54. 4) The copyright holder may prohibit the redistribution of this
  55. version of the package after a newer version is made available by the
  56. copyright holder.

  58. The copyright holder is willing to negotiate special arrangements on
  59. the licence terms whenever necessary.

  63. The AmiTCP/IP 4.0 demo version is supplied "AS IS" without warranty of
  64. any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to,
  65. the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular

  67. program is with you.

  70. whatsoever, arising out of the use or inability to use this software,
  71. even if the possibility of such damages has been adviced.
