  6. The Software is limited to the creation of 100 new classes.

  8. 2.  Ownership and License

  10. The Software, including any copies that you make, is owned
  11. by International Business Machines Corporation ("IBM") or
  12. an IBM supplier and is copyrighted and licensed, not sold.
  13. The Software consists of machine-readable instructions,
  14. audio/visual content (such as software documentation) and
  15. related licensed materials.

  17. IBM grants you free of charge a non-exclusive,
  18. non-transferable license to install and use the Software
  19. on a reasonable number of machines in your organisation.
  20. You may also copy the Software for backup purposes.

  22. The Software is for internal, non-commercial use.  You
  23. may not redistribute outside your organisation any files
  24. of the Software.

  26. You may not decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to
  27. translate or seek to gain access to the source code of the
  28. Software.

  30. No technical support will be provided by IBM as a result
  31. of this License.

  33. 3.  Term and Termination

  35. This License commences when you install the Software.

  37. IBM may terminate this License, with or without cause, by
  38. providing notice to you.  You may terminate this License at
  39. any time by deleting or destroying all copies of the Software

  41. earlier date, your license for the Software expires with the
  42. next publicly available release of the Software, or on
  43. December 31, 1998 (whichever comes first).  Information on
