  1.                E.E. PUBLIC DOMAIN SOFTWARE LIBRARY

  3.                        STATEMENT OF POLICY
  4.  
  5. 1) All software in the library will be in the public domain.
  6.  
  7. 2) The library will collect and distribute software covering all
  8. electrical engineering disciplines.
  9.  
  10. 3) Programs will be distributed on 5 1/4 inch floppy disk in IBM
  11. PC format(360k dsdd). 
  12.  
  13. 4) Programs will be accepted in the above format and in other
  14. formats if the library can convert them to the above format.
  15.  
  16. 5) Contributors to the library will receive a limited number of
  17. programs free.
  18.  
  19. 6) The library will impose a media and handling charge of $10 a
  20. disk. This will include the cost of reproduction and of mailing. 
  21.  
  22. 7) Abstracts of programs in the library will be published
  23. periodically in R.F. DESIGN magazine.
  24.  
  25. 8) Enhanced versions of programs in the library will be added to
  26. the library as they are received.
  27.  
  28. 9) The library will be the sole judge as to whether a contributi-
  29. on to the library shall be distributed.
  30.  
  31. 10) This library is providing a data distribution service. It
  32. does not review or evaluate the material it distributes.
  33.  
  34. 11)WARRANTY:     THE LIBRARY SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY
  35. DAMAGES, INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF
  36. PROFIT,SPECIAL,INCIDENTAL,CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER SIMILAR
  37. CLAIMS. THE LIBRARY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL
  38. WARRANTIES,EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO
  39. IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICU-
  40. LAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO ANY DEFECTS IN THE DISKETTE,THE
  41. PROGRAMS CONTAINED THEREON OR IN THE DOCUMENTATION.
  42.      A PURCHASER'S SOLE REMEDY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE REPLACE-
  43. MENT OF MEDIA DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT BY THE LIBRARY.
