  2. Submission requirements:
  3.  
  4.      1) All software must be in the PUBLIC DOMAIN and permission
  5. given by the owner for the library  to  distribute  it  for
  6. non-commercial personal use. See our contribution form
  7. (contrib.frm). 
  8.      2) The program must be submitted in machine readable
  9. form. IBM 5  1/4 inch format is preferred. Other formats that the
  10. library can convert to IBM format will be acceptable. The library
  11. will  also accept CP/M files on 8 inch IBM format.
  12.      3) The following information should be in a text file on the 
  13. disk. A description of what the program does. A definition of all
  14. input and output variables. The set of equations that the program
  15. is based on and/or a reference to the source of the
  16. equations. A set of sample data. 
  17.      4) In general source and compiled/assembled code is
  18. requested.

  23.      1) Your correct address and phone number. This will not be
  24. published unless permission to do so is included.
  25.      2) Permission to publish above info.
  26.      3) Mark label on disk with :
  27.           a) Your name
  28.           b) Program name and version #
  29.           c) Disk format info.
  30.      4) A short abstract of program (for catalog)
  31.      5) Signed release form
  32.      6) Any documentation you have such as:
  33.           a) Copy of the published article
  34.           b) Print out of a session
  35.           c) Worked out examples
  36.           d) List of equations 
  37.           e) Literature references
  38.           f) Instruction to use program
  39.      7) Environment for program:
  40.           a) Computers that it will run on
  41.           b) Dos versions
  42.           c) Display hardware supported; mono,color,etc.
  43.           d) Programing language
  44.           e) Format of disk
  45.           f) Memory Required
  46.           g) Co-processor support
