- FILE ELEMENTS

- IMS N Impedance in series. File contains the complex impedance in
- rectangular form. Note that the same file can be used to
- describe both IMS and IMP (below) element types.

- IMP N Impedance in shunt. See IMS for comments on file.

- ONE N One-port network. File contains gamma (reflection coeffiecent)
- in polar form, normalized to 50 ohms.

- TWO N Two-port network. File contains the two-port S-parameters,
- normalized to 50 ohms, in polar form.

- INTERCONNECTIONS AND TRANSFORMATIONS

- SER C Series connection. Parameter #1 is one element, #2 is the other.

- PAR C Parallel connection. #1 is one element, #2 is the other.

- BAL C Balanced connection. #1 is the (identical)elements, #2 is
- the center frequency (in GHz) of the -3 db couplers.

- CAS C Cascade connection. #1 is first element, #2 is second element.
-
- CAX C Multiple cascade connection. #1 is the first element to be cas-
- caded, #2 is the last element to be cascaded (must be greater
- than #1).

- EQU C Creates and element equal to the element described in paramenter
- #1.
-
- IMA C Image. Reverses port #1 and port #2 of element specified in
- Paramenter #1.

- INV C Transforms element in parameter #1 from series to shunt.

- CEB C Transforms transistor in Parameter #1 from common-emitter
- to common-base connection.
