- Each message has two lines of header info, followed by the
- message text, followed by the end of message marker "/EX".

- The first line of message header info has the same format as the
- command to enter a message, except the "< FROM" is not optional.

- The info on each user is contained on a single line.
- A field with no info is filled with the text "?".

- 1 Callsign
- 2 Date first logged, YYMMDD
- 3 Date last seen, YYMMDD.
- 4 Date last logged, YYMMDD.
- 5 Time last logged, HHMM
- 6 Count of times the call "seen" by WP
- 7 Login count
- 8 Home BBS
- 9 User status / privileges:
- B - Has BBS privilege
- E - Is a BBS
- E - Expert user
- S - Can be remote sysop
- L - Is a local user (this is his home BBS)
- X - User is excluded
- 10 Users ZIP or postal code.
- 11 Users name
- 12 - n Users qth
