ocr: Right No Commentary Public telephones on large Jassenger jets operated by Japan Airlines, All-Nippon Airways and Japan Air System are call-only card-operated phones, designed for used after the plane is in the air and the seat belt lamp is turned off. Service began in 1986. Incidentally, fees are caiculated in 50-yen units, and cards with less than 4 calling units remaining cannot be accepted.
