  16.  I know this program is out-dated by new soundcards, and I have not used this
  17.  program for a long time now.
  18.  But still I like the sound of FM chips and therefore I wanted to share it with
  19.  YOU.You are free to use this program in any form you like with 3 restrictions:

  21.         * This program package may not be sold.
  22.           (this means especially PD companies or other assholes who try
  23.            to earn money with the work of idealistic programmers..)

  25.         * If you use this program, you HAVE to send me a postcard
  26.           (and a nice one..) My address is at the end of the file.

  28.         * If you use the replay routine in a commercial production
  29.           (a game or so..) you HAVE to send me a copy of it.

  36.  Qdplay.asm is a collection of assembler routines to replay songs in the
  37.  .SA2 format version 9. As the name says it's a quick'n'dirty player.
  38.  Quick doesn't mean it's fast or so. It means it was coded quickly :-)
