  15.  .oOo. How to vote? .oOo.

  17.  Since every other magazine wants you to give a topten for them, we decided
  18.  to let you give the points the way _YOU_ want. In each category you are
  19.  able to give a number of points for as many entries you want. The scale is
  20.  0-10 points. You can give the same value for as many entries as you want.
  21.  This way you can give your honest opinion about every single group in the
  22.  scene. Especially if you don't know which entry is the best, you can give
  23.  all of your favorite entries the same points. The system is easy - you'll
  24.  get the hang of it pretty quickly.
  25.  
  26.  The categories are:
  27.  
  28.  Best demo groups
  29.  * Vote for any active demo group. (or a group in the demo scene) The group
  30.    must have at least _one_ release on PC. If a group has joined another
  31.    group, the old group's releases shall be counted for the new group.
  32.  Best coders
  33.  * Vote for any active coder.
  34.  Best graphicians
  35.  * Vote for any active graphician.
  36.  Best musicians
  37.  * Vote for any active musician.
  38.  Best demos / half a year
  39.  * Vote for any demo released during the last six months before the release
  40.    of the next issue of Yahoo (demos released on and after September 1994).
  41.    All non-party dentros and dentros competed in a demo competition at a
  42.    party belong to this category.
  43.  Best intros / half a year
  44.  * Vote for any intro released during the last six months before the
  45.    release of the next issue of Yahoo (intros released on and after Sep-
  46.    tember 1994). Dentros competed in an intro competition at a party belong
  47.    to this category.
  48.  Best demos ever
  49.  * Vote for any demo ever released. All non-party dentros and dentros
  50.    competed in a demo competition at a party belong to this category.
  51.  Best intros ever
  52.  * Vote for any intro ever released. Dentros competed in an intro
  53.    competition at a party belong to this category.
  54.  
  55.  "Any" group, etc. doesn't include you or your group(s). So you are allowed
  56.  to vote anyone, even us, except you, your group(s) or any member of your
  57.  group(s). Of course, all entries must be active on PC.
  58.  
  59.  The charts will be 'Top xx', where xx is an amount of entries, large
  60.  enough to match the number of votes, but small enough not to let one-
  61.  point-only entries be always in the charts.

  63.  NOTE! If you vote for a single person, state his group in the entry, too.
  64.  The same goes for demos, intros, etc. please give us the group. It's a
  65.  pain in the butt to try to guess in which group "THe W0nDeR MaN" is.

  67.  If the rules will prove somehow defective, the publishers of Yahoo will
  68.  reserve the right to modify the rules without an announcement.
