  28.  IMPORTANT TO NOTICE:

  30. There is no "4ALL" area in DGI. So, do not give access automatically.
  31. It's SysOp's duty to deny access to DGI areas to such users, who don't
  32. behave themselves. We rely much on every DGI SysOp.

  34. Point clearly out to your users that DGI is an international demonet, 
  35. where the language used is ENGLISH. No other language permitted.
  36.  
  37. All areas are 8 bits.

  39. Use PKZIP (2.04g or over) to pack messages.

  58.  So, when ever you hatch your group's newest production, hatch it as
  59.  ZIP.

  62.  only one board hatches the product. No duplicates!
