  34.  How will you prophite from beeing a Post Office? Well, actually we don't 
  35.  know for sure, too... But we expect that you may like to call yourself
  36.  an official Country Office for The Scene Post and want your number to be
  37.  noticed in this file. If not... Fuck you! :)

  39.  RULES: You have to be interested in demos, the whole scene and having all
  40.  informations first. You may not be a too lazy person. You have to mail
  41.  all your collected rumors and/or news two times a month (at 12th and 27th 
  42.  each) to Magican. You have to validate all incoming rumors - as far as
  43.  possible - and cut the crappy ones out.
