  17. Propeller Pitch -     HIGH RPM.  hold down <Nkypd ->
  18. Mixture -             FULL RICH. <M>, then hold down <->
  19. Carb Heat -           OFF.       <H>, then hold down <->
  20. Throttle -            CRACK.     <PgUp>
  21. Brakes -              ON.        <Spacebar)

  23. Master Switch -       ON.
