  1. This is a port of GNU fgrep version 1.1 to MSDOS,
  2. with source for Microsoft C 5.1.  (I have a port of
  3. GNU e?grep 1.5 in a separate package.  The `features.dos'
  4. file is shared with that package.)

  8. * Binary mode input; true byte counts.

  10. * Long int counters for line and byte counts.
  11.  
  12. * GNU/Unix-like argument expansion.

  14. * GNU `getopt'; lenient handling of option flags.

  17. The manual page for GNU e?grep is included, because
  18. the options for fgrep are the same as those for e?grep
  19. and fgrep has no manual page (as yet).
