  7. the file tsarc160.txt or tsarc160.zip (or whatever is the current
  8. version number).  See 0news-ts file for the lastest news about the
  9. files in /pc/ts.

  11. See /pc/arcers for unpacking packages, if you don't already have the
  12. unpacking facilities.  For the /pc/ts files you'll need pkz110eu.exe
  13. (or unzip41.exe).  Note that using earlier PKZIP versions will cause
  14. errors, and has been the source of many (erroneous) reports of
  15. allegedly corrupt packages.

  34. distributed for NON-COMMERCIAL, PRIVATE purposes, provided they are
  35. not changed in any way.  (Repacking the packages with an other
  36. compression method is allowed, though).  For ANY other usage than
  37. indicated here, please contact the author.  Thus, if you use the
  38. programs, say, in a business enterprise or at a university in your
  39. classroom teaching then you must consider these programs shareware
  40. and you should contact me for the terms of a personal or a site
  41. license.  All rights are reserved.

  43. If you are a SysOp you are encouraged to make these files available
  44. for download.  If you are a user, you are encouraged to help in
  45. distributing the packages, and keeping them up to date, by uploading
  46. to suitable BBS(es).  If you see an old version in a BBS and have a

  58. To avoid duplicate efforts the list of the files in the /pc/ts
  59. directory was moved in 1991 to be along with the other directories
  60. in our regular /pc/INDEX MsDos file list.  Thus download /pc/INDEX
  61. or /pc/INDEX.ZIP and see the items under the "ts :" caption.
