  3. A virtual disk is an area of computer memory set aside for data storage. You 
  4. can store and retrieve files from a virtual disk as if it were a real 
  5. (physical) disk drive, and it is much faster. You may define a virtual disk 
  6. by including the line

  8.     DEVICE=[d:][pathname]VDISK.SYS [options]
  9.
