  2.                LIMITED WARRANTY

  6. LIMITED MEDIA WARRANTY: Cronus warrants to the original purchaser only, that
  7. the storage media on which this material is recorded shall be free from
  8. defects in material and workmanship only for a period of ninety (90) days
  9. from the date of original purchase.  The duration of any statutorily implied
  10. warranty not excluded hereunder shall in no event exceed this ninety (90)
  11. day period.

  13. This warranty does not include defects arising from accident, abuse, or
  14. misapplication.  If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during this
  15. 90-day warranty period, and the media is returned to the dealer from whom it
  16. was acquired not later than five (5) days of the end of such 90-day period,
  17. the dealer may at his option replace the storage media with new media and
  18. return the defective media to Cronus for replacement.  If the dealer is
  19. unable or unwilling to replace the defective media under this media
  20. warranty, it can be returned directly to Cronus for replacement.

  22. This warranty gives you specific rights, you may have other rights which
  23. vary from state to state.  Some states do not allow limitations on how long
  24. an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

  26. DISCLAIMER: EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, THIS MATERIAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS"
  27. WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR
  28. OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
  29. NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  THE
  30. ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE USE, RESULTS, AND PERFORMANCE OF THIS MATERIAL IS
  31. ASSUMED BY YOU AND IF THE PRODUCT SHOULD PROVE TO BE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME
  32. THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR OTHER REMEDIATION.

  34. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: THE LIABILITY OF Cronus IS LIMITED SOLELY TO THE
  35. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE APPLICABLE STORAGE MEDIA.  IN NO EVENT SHALL
  36. Cronus AND/OR THE INDIVIDUAL AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE,
  37. PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF USE, OR OTHER INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR
  38. CONSEQUENTIAL COSTS, EXPENSES OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY
  39. DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR DATA WHICH MAY BE LOST
  40. OR RENDERED INACCURATE, EVEN IF Cronus AND/OR THE INDIVIDUAL AUTHORS HAVE
  41. BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  43. Some states do not allow limitations of consequential or incidental damages,
  44. or exclusions of implied warranties, so these limitations or exclusions may
  45. not apply to you.
