  4. users of its products (software, services, and related material) to 
  5. enjoy and will take whatever actions necessary to reach this goal.

  7. Tribal Voice, Inc. cooperates fully with Internet service providers and 
  8. law enforcement agencies in reporting and investigating any illicit 
  9. activities.

  11. We have established the following Terms and Conditions for use.  Please 
  12. read them carefully. By using this software and services you agree to 
  13. the Terms and Conditions.

  17. You agree to use Tribal Voice, Inc.'s products only for lawful 
  18. purposes, in compliance with all applicable laws.  You are prohibited 
  19. from using Tribal Voice, Inc.'s, products to compromise security or 
  20. tamper with resources of any computer systems.  You are solely 
  21. responsible for the content of any transmissions through or using 
  22. Tribal Voice, Inc.'s products.

  24. You agree to enter a valid email address, of which you are the owner or 
  25. primary user, and a unique password.  You are entirely responsible if 
  26. you do not maintain the confidentiality of your password.

  28. You are expected to behave in a responsible fashion.  You agree not to 
  29. do anything that detracts from other people's enjoyment of the software 
  30. or services.

  32. Tribal Voice, Inc. reserves the right to take any actions against 
  33. anyone who violates these Terms and Conditions, including but not 
  34. limited to modifying or discontinuing use of Tribal Voice, Inc.'s 
  35. products with or without notice to the User.

  37. Tribal Voice, Inc., shall not be liable to you or any third party 
  38. should Tribal Voice, Inc., exercise its right to modify or discontinue 
  39. use of Tribal Voice, Inc.'s products, goods, services.
