  1. This directory contains the Geomview manual and various other pieces
  2. of documentation.
  3.  
  4. This directory contains TeX source code and GNU Emacs Info version of
  5. the manual.  NOTE: the manual contains references to figure files
  6. which are not included here (to keep the size of the distribution
  7. down).  The figure files, as well as printer-ready PostScript and dvi
  8. copies of the manual, are available separately via ftp from
  9. geom.umn.edu in the file "manual.tar.Z" in the
  10. "software/pub/geomview/pieces" directory.

  12. geomview.tex:
  13.     The TeX source for the manual.  This is a uses the GNU texinfo
  14.     package.

  16. texinfo.tex:
  17.     The GNU texinfo package.
  18.  
  19. texinfmt.el:
  20.     A customized version of the GNU Emacs "texinfmt.el" file which
  21.     you need in order to generate the Info files from geomview.tex.

  24.     The Info versions of the manual.  You can install these in
  25.     your GNU Emacs info tree.

  28.     A quick tour through the sorts of geometry which are supported
  29.     by OOGL.

  32.     Documentation for the Mathematica-to-Geomview conversion
  33.     packages.  This is excerpted from the manual.

  36.     A tutorial for the 4dview external module.
