- CONNECTING REALSOUND TO YOUR STEREO SYSTEM
- You can easily connect your computer to a stereo system or boom box and greatly
- improve the sound quality and volume. Follow the steps below. The parts can
- be obtained from your local Radio Shack or other electronic components dealer.

- Parts required: 6' to 12' shielded cable with RCA plug (male) on one end
- Two alligator clips
- One 4.7 uf capacitor

- Step 1. Connect one alligator clip to the shielded portion of the cable.

- Step 2. Connect the (-) minus side of the capacitor to the center conductor of
- the cable and then connect the (+) side of the capacitor to the second
- alligator clip.
- Step 3. Unplug your computer and remove the cover.

- Step 4. Attach the clip with the capacitor to one of the wires going to your
- computer's speaker. Attach the other clip to the metal case (ground)
- somewhere (such as a screw or bolt connection).
- Step 5. Connect the RCA plug to the auxiliary input on your stereo system or
- boom box.
- Step 6. Turn on the system and run MEAN STREETS. If sound does not come from
- the stereo, move the alligator clip (with the capacitor) to the other
- speaker wire.
