  2. (Y)our Mail Check - Function Help

  5. Subcommands:  (A) (S) (NS) (+) (-) (C)
  6.  
  7.               (A) scans all message bases
  8.               (S) scans only for mail left since the last message read
  9.               (C) limits scan to current message base only
  10.               (+) or (-) forces the direction of the scan
  11.               (NS) displays text output in non-stop mode
  12.  
  13. Description:  Allows checking for mail left for you or from you in a
  14.               message base.  The above commands can be entered in
  15.               combination on the same line to limit the scan function
  16.               as desired.  The default for the (Y) command is to scan
  17.               the current message base only, in reverse direction,
  18.               checking for mail left by you as well as for mail addressed
  19.               to you and to scan the complete message base, from the
  20.               end of the file to the beginning.

  22.               The code scans for all message bases you have flagged
  23.               for reading.  To add or eliminate specific message bases
  24.               from this scan when using the "Y A" command, select the
  25.               (W) command to adjust your configuration.
