- Memory Options: Leave all blank
- Other Options: Up to you. I check Alt-Enter and Alt-Escape
-
-
- NOTE: I have -nosound in the Parameters area only because I dislike having
- to disable Windows sound events and then restart Windows. Mind you, Doom
- is no fun without the sound. I use these settings only to test levels that
- I have edited in Windows (which I don't really do that much anymore. I use
- DEU in DOS).
-
- For sound, remove the -nosound parameter and disable Windows sound events in
- Control Panel. Restart Windows. Doom away. Also, this applies only to
- Soundblaster cards as far as I know for sure (since it works for mine). Other
- cards may not be so forgiving. Compatibles should be okay.
-
- Hope this works for you. (But let me know if it doesn't. I won't give you
- money or anything -- I'm just curious.)
