  5. The use of the "Internet MPEG Audio Archive"
  6. Version 1.0 is limited to one local area network
  7. or one single computer.

  9. The re-use of parts of this CD-Rom or the
  10. whole CD-Rom without the written permission of
  11. PHADE Software is strictly prohibited. Especially
  12. Mailboxes, Networks on the Internet, ftp- or HTTP-
  13. server or Online-Services like CompuServe do NOT
  14. have the permission to re-use the contents of
  15. this CD-Rom for the benefit of their users.
  16. Please ask PHADE Software for that permission !

  18. Some single programs, tools, documentation files or streams
  19. can be copied and used for whatever purpose, according
  20. to the limitations from the original authors, because
  21. they are Shareware or free.

  23. It is strictly prohibited to use the

  25. o installation files (like INSTALL.EXE, INSTALL.HLP, the
  26.   install-scripts)

  28. o utilities copyrighted by PHADE Software (like DBMP.EXE,
  29.   BROWSER.EXE, WINEXE.EXE), the CD-Rom documentation files
  30.  
  31. o HTML-pages and their pictures
  32.  
  33. o sound-, pictures-, text- and other files belonging
  34.   into the audio-archives "IUMA", "NFM" or "Wolverine"
  35.  
  36. o all MPEG-streams that are not already available in the
  37.   Internet, like most of the MPEG-audiostreams of the
  38.   archives "NFM" or "Wolverine".
  39.  
  40. for another purpose than in conjuction with using the CD-Rom.
  41. A copy of those files for a different purpose is strictly
  42. prohibited and protected by German Law.
  43.  
  44. The music of the Intro is copyrighted by Stefan Hartmann,
  45. Hartmann Multimedia Service, Berlin and should not be copied
  46. either.
  47.  
  48. PHADE Software claims the compilation copyright. Other
  49. projects should not benefit from copying the structure,
  50. methods or utility-combinations developed, tested and
  51. used for this CD-Rom.
