  2. NoReq is a strip-down of AssignX so it will automatically
  3. just CANCEL any "Please insert volume" requesters, and will 
  4. REBOOT any Software Error requesters, so that folks running a BBS
  5. or an otherwise unattended system will generally have their system
  6. not halted by those requesters.
