-
- How to start ConfigTool
- -----------------------
- Configtool may be run from CLI with "Configtool CT-File". The File "CT-
- File" contains the texts used in ConfigTool and can be changed to your
- own language.
-
- Example: "dh0:Configtool dh0:s/ct_dat".
-
- General Information
- -------------------
- In the Filerequester of ConfigTool, programs have to be selected twice,
- drawers once.
-
- Functions
- ---------
-
- Gadget Function
- ------ --------
-
- Create -> Creates HDClick-Configfiles
-
- Enhance -> Enhances HDClick-Configfiles
-
- Batch -> Creates Batch-Files
-
- * Assign -> An Assign before a program which is started
- with HDClick will be executed.
-
- If Assign is not selected, a CD instead of
- an assign will be used.
-
- * Stack -> Before the start of a program started with
- HDClick, a stack-command will be executed.
-
- Sort -> Change and EDIT HDClick-Configfiles
-
- -----------------------------------------------------------------------
-
- Example for Assign, CD or Stack (depending on which was selected)
- -----------------------------------------------------------------
-
- First, a directory named eg. "Menu" must be created with the CLI/Shell:
- "Makedir dh0:Menu".
-
- Now you should know if your program needs a stack, assign or cd before it
- can be run.
-
- Is this the case, chose option "Batch", then the program which should be
- started with a gadget of HDClick.
-
- ConfigTool now automatically creates a batch-file in this drawer with the
- same filename of the selected file plus the extension ".b".
-
- Example: For the program "Zerovirus", a batchfile named "Zerovirus.b"
- would be created.
-
- Example for "Create"
- -------------------
-
- 1) Chose option "Create" and the directory "Menu" (see example above).
-
- Now the Filename for the new HDClick-Configfile can be entered,
- eg. "Tool". Click on "Save" and a HDClick-Configfile named "Tool" will
- be saved in the directory "Menu".
-
- And again: Type in "Graphic" and press return, then on "Cancel".
-
- Example for "Enhance"
- ---------------------
-
- 2) Now chose option "Enhance" and Double-click on the name "Graphic".
-
- After that, select all programs which have something to do with Graphic
- with a double-click. If finished, the File "Graphic" will be saved
- into the Drawer "Menu" after a click on "Save".
-
- 3) Now chose "Enhance" again, click on the drawer "Menu" and double-click
- on the file "Tool".
-
- Select "Enhance" and the File "Tool" will be enhanced with a double-click
- on "Graphic". The menu "Graphic" has been created now and can be chosen
- from this tool-menu.
-
- 4) Now Double-click on "Zerovirus.b" and on all other programs which should
- be in the file "Tool". If you chose a batch-file with the extension ".b"
- it will be started with the CLI-Command "Execute" automatically after
- a click on the corresponding gadget in HDClick.
-
- Example for Sort
- ----------------
-
- 1) Chose Option "Sort", then a HDClick-Configfile , eg. the previous created
- file "Tool".
-
- The Sort-Menu doesn't need any documentations.
-
- To make that the previous created Menu "Graphic" of the Configfile "Tool"
- is seen as a Sub-Menu, the entry "Graphic,r" must be changed in "Graphic,m".
- This can be made by clicking on "m", then on the entry "Graphic,r" which
- should change to "Graphic,m" now.
-
- 2) The same thing should be done with the configfile "Graphic", so you can get
- back from "Graphic" to "Tool" with a click of your mouse.
-
- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-
- The documentations to the different Programstart-modes (l,r,e,o,m) you can
- find in HDClicks documentation.
-
- 3) Gadget "Muchmore"
-
- Chose Muchmore, then click on your previous chosen Textfiles to set an "*"
- before them. After clicking on such a gadget with HDClick, muchmore loads
- the textfile.
-
- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-
- Tips for Disk-users:
-
- Use "Addbuffers dfx: 50" to change the disk-buffer.
- Select ".info" on each new inserted disk for disk-recognition. Delete it later.
