  6.  I had better begin writing this scroll text, as the
  7.  official release date for ADM was 11th March, 1992, and today
  8.  is Monday, 16th
  9.  March 1992!  Shall I just say that 11th March was the end-of-
  10. coding day!   A momentous occasion, if there ever was one!  
  11.            What can I say about this utility?      _       
  12.  Well, this is my
  13.  first major attempt at coding on the Amiga, as just over a
  14.  year ago, I was pottering around on the C64, but decided
  15.  to leave the 6502 behind, & delve into
  16.  68000! 
  17.  Today, ADM was tested under Kickstart 2, as this is now to be the
  18.  standard of the A500 Plus, it was wise to check the
  19.  compatibility!  -  Thankfully, no problems occured, and the
  20.  extra chip-memory was acknowledged, in order to handle much
  21.  larger music modules, than my (current) configuration of 1 Meg
  22.  shared chip/fast RAM could hope to handle - (Phew!). 
  23.                     
  24.  Ok, Amirage are a --> NEW GROUP <--, and as such we are
  25.  looking for contacts, of the coding variety. Also we are in
  26.  need of the services of a music-person. (If the original contents of this disk
  27.  is left intact, then the music you are listening to is by WALKMAN, and
  28.  is taken from the CRYPTOBURNERS MEGADEMO II!)      
  29.

  69.  side, then don't feel too hurt, as he is of the breed
  70.  "Man united-supporterous", so it's not too difficult to give the

  74.  some crap out to groupies such as ATARI (S)hi(T) owners, who
  75.  will one day believe what their conscience is telling them, ie. their
  76.  machine is bollocks, and the Amiga rules...  It's an attitude
  77.  problem, they just don't like to admit that they are wrong!!

  111.                 RED DRAWF is good, but they could have made
  112.  the series longer.
  113.                          At the moment, it is RED DRAWF V  
  114.  but there are only 6 this series, so it will soon end.                              
  115.                               Another good programme at the
  116.  moment is
  117.  QUANTUM LEAP (Yes a fave of mine too - KRYTEN - sorry, back to XYLYON), 
  118.  which has been going for a long time, and I have seen 'em all!

  121.  issues of CRASH?                       It used to be the
  122.  premiere mag for
  123.  SPECTRUM owners, and was chock full of good stuff.        
  124.  The latest issues are not really magazines! They are tapes
  125.  with a free comic!
  126.           Why do suits think that
  127.  the PC is God's gift to the computing world?                   
  128.  The design is prehistoric, it precedes the Spectrum!                                  
  129.                 Every so often, someone dreams up a new
  130.  graphics card, 
  131.  INTEL come up with the latest 80X86.   to improve things a
  132.  little.                           
  133.                    While PC owners pay extra for a SVGA to
  134.  bring the graphics
  135.  a little better than the Amigas, we will buy something like a
  136.  HAM E for
  137.  24 bit graphics.     We're always one step ahead.

  140.                        Again add on cards improve this.                  
  141.                                  To get a PC to the same power
  142.  as an Amiga will increase the price of an already overpriced
  143.  machine.
  144.                                                  I do not like
  145.  the Amigas image in this country, it is seen primarily as a
  146.  games machine, as opposed to the U.S. where it is a Video-
  147. tool                                  
  148.                                       Unfortunately at
  149.  Polytechnic (Should be a University Soon - KRYTEN - got to put
  150.  us in a good light!) -  we have to use these PC's (Programmable
  151.  Calculators!) for our courses.                  The ST is
  152.  dying, so there is no need bashing it anymore, we have to
  153.  start the nastiness towards those PC owners.
