- WTF ("Window To Front") by Thomas Albers -- 30 Oct 1990
-
-
- WTF is in the public domain. You can copy it as you like provided this
- doc file is distributed alongside with it.
-
-
- Did you ever experience this? Your screen was cluttered with windows
- and you wanted to click a window hidden somewhere in the background
- to the front. But its UPFRONT gadget was covered by other windows so
- you had to drag them away to be able to hit that gadget. Quite
- tedious...
-
- It becomes a lot easier if you use WTF. Now you just double-click a
- window and it is automatically pushed to the front. Really MUCH
- easier.
-
-
- WTF can be run either from Workbench or from CLI. It opens a little
- window to notify you of its existence. If you close the window WTF
- exits.
-
-
- I wrote WTF using Lattice C V5.04 and Devpac Assembler V2.0. It should
- also work with other compilers/assemblers but I could not test this.
