  3. Here are a number of shareware and money up front programs I have
  4. written. Most of these will only run on a PAL screen, unless (NTSC) is
  5. given, indicating that the program will run on both types of screens.
  6.  
  7. Many of the programs are available from Megadisk (sometimes as a Demo
  8. version) or directly from me at the below address.

  14. If you buy the full version, you will get the latest version, plus in
  15. cases where the program was resricted in some way, an unrestricted version!

  17. All that is needed is your name, address and cheque or money order (the
  18. latter is probably cheaper) for the price of the program.

  20. CHESS PROGRAMS (Write for current prices)
  21. There are a number of chess programs available, including at least one
  22. (chesstutor) which is suitable for beginners. Other chess programs are
  23. mainly catering for keen chess enthusiasts, and include an Opening
  24. Library, Database, Solitare Chess and Chess Puzzles. Samples of these
  25. programs are on a Chess Demos disk. 1 Meg required for some of these
  26. programs.

  28. STRATEGY GAMES($25 each)
  29. Battle of Britain 
  30. 1 Meg needed.
  31. 1 or 2 player strategy game of the infamous battle.
  32. Fighters, bombers, radar, airbases, cities, AAguns, fuel, production etc.
  33. The computer can play either side and uses a different strategy each game.
  34.  
  35. Starfleet Battles
  36. 1 to 4 player space strategy game which involves exploration, colonisation,
  37. fleet production, battles, capture of home planets etc. Different levels
  38. of difficulty. The computer can play quite a mean game.
  39.  
  40. The Wargame
  41. 1 Meg needed.
  42. 2 to 6 (human or computer) player game. Players build infantry, artillery,
  43. calvary, bombers, fighters, air defence, navy, submarines and merchant
  44. ships in an effort to increase their production and capture territory.
  45. Players begin with 1900 technology and increase it till it reaches mid
  46. 20th century level. Terrain, neutrals, combined arms, bombing, air
  47. support, naval blockades etc. Moderately complicated. Different levels of
  48. difficulty. Fairly fast moving.

  50. ROLE PLAYING($25 each)
  51. Dungeon of Nadroj (This is it!)
  52. 1 to 4 player Hack type dungeon game. 6 dungeon levels, monsters,
  53. treasure, dozens of items, trading, spells, magic items etc. The object is
  54. to defeat the wizard on the 6th level. Player interaction with several
  55. human players. Full version has random dungeon generator.

  57. Ethos
  58. A fast moving, fairly light hearted graphics/text adventure. The game
  59. includes about 75 pictures, most of them quite large, plus a dozen or so
  60. sound samples. The theme is Greek mythology. The full version includes
  61. printed detailed instructions and tips.

  64. Basic Tutor
  65. A series of chapters on disk, covering all the Amigabasic commands (though
  66. library commands are not covered in depth). Quite a lot of text.

  68. Various quizs are interspersed within the text to keep you going.

  89. Allows you to easily create your own multiple choice or open ended quizs.

  92. Allow you to create your own text adventure games. A future version will
  93. allow you to include grahics (DPaint brushes) and sound samples.
