  43. 1.   In the 800x600 and 1024x768 resolutions, the screen image is
  44.      not displayed correctly on a CRT screen when the screen is
  45.      panned to the bottom of the display and the user switches
  46.      the display from LCD to CRT.
  47.  
  48.      The Windows driver uses the Check_Cursor and Move_Cursor
  49.      routines to adjust the screen for panning. There is no
  50.      routine similar to Check_Cursor in Windows NT.
  51.  
  52.      This limitation is caused by the absence of Check_Cursor
  53.      routine in Windows NT.
  54.  
  55.      This problem is fixed as soon as the user touches the mouse
  56.      pointer.
  57.  
  58. 2.   When any of the selections in the "CURSORS" Applet from the
  59.      Control Panel is chosen, the cursor becomes a software
  60.      cursor and hence there is no panning.
  61.      This is a limitation of the software cursor in Windows NT.
