- NOTES: - WINDOWS NT DRIVERS
-
- 1. In the 800x600 and 1024x768 resolutions, the screen image is
- not displayed correctly on a CRT screen when the screen is
- panned to the bottom of the display and the user switches
- the display from LCD to CRT.
-
- The Windows driver uses the Check_Cursor and Move_Cursor
- routines to adjust the screen for panning. There is no
- routine similar to Check_Cursor in Windows NT.
-
- This limitation is caused by the absence of Check_Cursor
- routine in Windows NT.
-
- This problem is fixed as soon as the user touches the mouse
- pointer.
-
- 2. When any of the selections in the "CURSORS" Applet from the
- Control Panel is chosen, the cursor becomes a software
- cursor and hence there is no panning.
- This is a limitation of the software cursor in Windows NT.
