  3. IBM Thinkpad MWNOTOS2.EXE Patch for MWAVE OS/2

  6. This patch is intended to fix the following problem:
  7.  
  8.         If after installing fixpak 17 or greater on a Thinkpad that uses MWAVE
  9.         and the lan while in a docking station you may encounter a
  10.         DOSCALL1.DLL trap after rebooting when the machine is undocked. A fix
  11.         has been made to the MWAVE MWNOTOS2.EXE to correct this problem.

  22. =========================

  24. 1. Download MWNOTOS2.EXE from the FTP Location (Note: This is the actual
  25.    executable it is not a diskette image)
  26.  
  27. 2. Locate the mwnotos2.exe on the computer to be serviced.
  28.  
  29. 3. Create a Backup a copy of the  original MWNOTOS2.EXE.
  30.  
  31. 4. Copy the new MWNOTOS2.EXE to the computer to be serviced.
  32.  
  33. 5. Reboot the machine.
